- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the day
- Must be comfortable with wearing a facial covering for about 8 hours per day and must adhere to any and all health mandates
- Handle crowds and be able to direct them in accordance with social distancing
- Must have craft beer knowledge
- Regularly walk, climb, balance, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time.
- Handle cash and credit card sales.
- Perform opening and closing duties that include cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and mopping, and other daily cleaning tasks
- Openly communicate ideas and suggestions for taproom improvements
- Restock to-go coolers, bottles, and merch
- Clean lines, draft, and crowler machine maintenance
- TiPs certified
- Execute safe work operations, safety policies, and procedures
- Perform any additional tasks as required by Taproom Manager
