Duties & Responsibilities:
- Overall organization of dish area.
- General cleaning, organization, maintenance, and restocking of our kitchen area.
- Ensure that food/orders come out in a timely fashion.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Light food prep during down time and as needed.
- Generate enthusiasm for food among staff.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
- Passion for food and cooking, professional and positive attitude, ability to work well and communicate with others, team-oriented.
- Occasional heavy lifting and ability to work on your feet for several hours.
- Comfortable and calm in a busy environment.

- Must be punctual and reliable.
