Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Overall organization of dish area.
  • General cleaning, organization, maintenance, and restocking of our kitchen area.
  • Ensure that food/orders come out in a timely fashion.
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Light food prep during down time and as needed.
  • Generate enthusiasm for food among staff.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
  • Passion for food and cooking, professional and positive attitude, ability to work well and communicate with others, team-oriented.
  • Occasional heavy lifting and ability to work on your feet for several hours.
  • Comfortable and calm in a busy environment.
