DISHWASHER - Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep their area clean and safe.
SOUS CHEF - Works alongside head chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
LINE COOK - applicants to have at least one year experience cooking on a professional line. We work in an all call expo system. The ability to remember calls and communicate effectively with fellow cooks and chefs is an absolute must. Weekend availability is a must.
PREP COOK - applicants must have at least two years of experience. You will be working closely with the chef to make sure recipes are followed and pars are filled to ensure the night guys are set up for success. Weekend availability is a must.
Up to $20 (depending on experience). Signing bonus of $300, after 90 days.
