Bartender/ Production Hybrid Role at Fire Maker Brewing Company

**Position Summary: **

Our part-time, Taproom-Production hybrid position will be predominately working in the guest facing taproom, while assisting in brewery production as needed. Think of this as a great way to talk about the beers we make and love, while being able to assist in packaging and small portions of production. This person is responsible for an unparalleled level of guest satisfaction, beer knowledge and hospitality, in addition to regular duties. We are a family of genuine and knowledgeable people that are driven, motivated, and up to the challenge of being the face of our company while in the taproom.

This person will be responsible for guest satisfaction, taproom cleaning, beer pouring, and anything else that may “hop” up, taproom or production. The willingness to work shifts in the brewery/production side as needed is a requirement for this particular hire. While prior production knowledge is not a requirement, experience behind the bar and with guests is. We need someone who is willing to bring new ideas to the table but can take direction and work together as a team.
