Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age Demonstrated excellent customer service skills Experience with POS Systems Some knowledge of and passion for craft beer Strong communication skills Certified beer server/Cicerone preferred Lead beer server certification required Flexible schedule requirements, weekends and holidays Ability to stand, sit, bend or lift for extended periods of time Must have a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task Ability to lift 55 lbs and to move 165lb kegs with assistance Job Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers as they arrive Provide an overview of our beers and answer any questions that guests might have Anticipate guests needs Pour and serve beer Complete sales transactions through POS system successfully Be responsible for cash handling and reporting Sell and stock merchandise and to-go beer Provide exceptional customer service Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the service of alcohol Maintain an exceptional clean environment Follow direction as given by the tasting room manager erika.schweitzer@wildbarrelbrewing.com
