- Run food and beverages from expo to appropriate table
- Communicate with Host stand concerning what is open to be seated and what is in the process of being cleaned
- Clear and reset tables when guests are finished
- Pre-bus tables of unnecessary extra dishes and silverware
- Re-fill waters and iced teas
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of non alcoholic glassware for server stations
- Inspect and maintain cleanliness of bathrooms
- Assist servers as needed with food running and appropriate delivery
- Serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar
