As the Sales Manager, you will develop & execute sales plans in partnership with our internal team that are connected to the brewery calendar & financial plan. You will work closely with distribution partners to drive retail sales with accounts. You will also build & maintain 1:1 relationships with key accounts to make Hammer & Stitch their best / favorite brewery partner.
In this role, you will help to educate distributors on the benefits of the Hammer & Stitch portfolio, sell-in programs to the distributors & retail accounts. And more than anything, you’ll be empowered to think differently / creatively about how we can responsibly achieve our short & long terms goals!
You will be the eyes, ears, nose & mouth of Hammer & Stitch in the marketplace, which means we will depend upon your valuable marketplace insights to drive future decisions as well as ask you to appropriately represent our Brand to the distributors, accounts, & Consumers.
