Taproom Server at Cabin Brewing Compay

Cabin Brewing Company is looking for experienced servers to work in its taproom.

The ideal candidate must be energetic, friendly, motivated, outgoing and hardworking. Good service starts and ends with staff – as an ambassador of the Cabin brand, you will learn everything there is to know about beer production, packaging, quality control, serving, tasting, sales and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Represent the Cabin brand in a positive and energetic manner.

Making sure every customer has a positive experience when visiting Cabin.

Be knowledgeable about Cabin’s beer, story, history and vision.

Able to work quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Handle routine purchasing transactions, which include operating a point of sale system and cash register.

Basic food preparation and serving.

Keep all areas of the taproom immaculately clean, including the bar area, bathrooms, tables and kitchen.

Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Hours: Part-time shifts on weekends.

Salary: $15/hr + an equal share of the daily tip pool
