The Customer Service Representative will provide customer service at the Brewery’s Tasting Room. This role will support the Tasting Room at the brewery which includes additional duties such as stocking, cleaning, inventory ordering and some sales support. 
 

 This role is responsible for engaging and connecting with each customer, thereby generating sales and brand loyalty. They utilize expert product knowledge to educate, inform and inspire customers and sales. This individual takes pride in the brand, the product, the brewery and its team and works to deliver an innovative and compelling shopping and sales experience. The Customer Service Representative is an integral member of the Old Yale Team and will assist with a multitude of functions. 
 

 This position reports to the Tasting Room Manager and works collaboratively will all members of the Old Yale Brewing Team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Production, this important role is responsible for brewing exceptional and consistent quality beer in accordance with JCB specifications. You will be responsible for brewing a wide variety of both JCB and partner beers/styles. Job Purpose

As a member of the Sales Team, the role of the Merchandiser is to increase sales and improve representation of Annex throughout Calgary, which includes retailers and grocery stores. The objective of the Merchandiser is to retain key relationships while seeking new opportunities and increasing brand awareness.

Responsibilities
● Visit Annex retail grocery and liquor accounts inthe greater Calgary area to provide customer service in the form of product stocking and rotation

● Maintain consistency and high visible presence in designated retail stores
● Support the execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized throughout the account
● Take orders from customers and communicate customer needs to the Sales Team

As a key member of the Marketing Team, the Production Artist will work both independently and with the Marketing Team to support the execution of all brewery-related Marketing activities by producing print and web graphics. The Production Artist will develop the majority of production based graphic files that strictly adhere to Old Yale Brewing’s brand standards. We are on the hunt for an experienced Line Cook to join our talented team and help prepare meals according to our standard recipes. The Line Cook’s principal goal will be to prepare high-quality meals that meet the Head Chef’s exact specifications. The Line Cook will work both independently and with the extended Campfire Kitchen Team to set up the prep station, stock inventory and maintain sanitation standards. Hub Town takes serving beer even one step further and will require that you take and pass the Cicerone Server course prior to starting!  Taproom Attendant – You will keep close tabs on the taproom by wiping down tables and collecting empty glasses frequently, sweeping and mopping floors as needed and tending to the bathrooms on a proactive frequency.
 

  
 

 Quality Control – In any brewery quality control program it’s important to have a collection of people that can detect on and off flavours in a beer as well as provide feedback on new recipes so we can ensure we are putting out the highest quality product possible.
